H Code Buys Hispanic Lifestyle Platform HipLatina
In the US, Hispanic audience targeting specialist H Code has acquired HipLatina, a lifestyle platform for Hispanic women, accessed by millions of consumers per month. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
HipLatina focuses on food and drink, style and wellness, profiling people relevant to the US Hispanic community - and reaches more than four million consumers per month via e-mail, web, social media, and more than twenty web sites and mobile apps to which it syndicates content. Its team of journalists, lifestyle bloggers and influencers create and deliver original content across the web and through social media.
H Code's CEO and founder Parker Morse (pictured) states: 'The HipLatina acquisition demonstrates our commitment to expanding our digital-first marketing platform utilizing media, content and social media to help brands reach the US Hispanic audience.
