CMI Launches Behavioral Science Team
Atlanta, GA-based full service research firm CMI has created a Behavioral Science Team, which will implement the company's proprietary Behavioral Economics across sectors.
CMI focuses on customer acquisition, share and loyalty in B2C and B2B industries including telecoms, CPG, life sciences, financial services and insurance. The models are designed to identify, manage and disrupt brand decision-making habits.
The new team comprises strategists, researchers and data scientists, and has been growing and evolving informally over 'the past few years' according to President and founder Chet Zalesky (pictured). He continues: 'This announcement gives official recognition to the team and our success in helping brand teams from CPG, to life sciences and B2B gain a competitive advantage on how to market and message their brands and services to grow trial and share. The insights gleaned from managing habits provides more value, innovation and differentiation to our partners' marketing and messaging strategies'.
