Ascribe Launches CX Snapshot Tool
Verbatim analysis and survey software company Ascribe has launched CX Snapshot, which gives users an overview of their customer experience performance including instant analysis and visualization of verbatim comments, and faster, more actionable insights.
The new tool automatically analyzes, categorizes and visualizes themes and opinions from verbatim comments, 'regardless of the media or language'. The firm says results are 'intuitive' and users need minimal training to become proficient - 'typically less than one hour'. The software is powered by Ascribe's Advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology and can be used separately or incorporated into any survey software that supports a two-way API.
CEO Rick Kieser comments: 'Whether you need to pre-test a marketing campaign, prioritize product initiatives, or gauge how customers feel about your product, consumer insights are valuable. With CX Snapshot, you can easily hear what customers say about their experience to inform important business decisions. Ascribe brought in Andy Fau as Vice President of Sales, leading the sales team and implementing the go-to-market plan for the company, shortly after annoucing a partnership with DIY survey platform PopResearch to offer users consumer feedback 'in just 24 hours, for less than $5,000'.
