SIS Opens Digital Transformation Unit, Adds Services
New York-based SIS International Research has launched new services including video ethnography interviews and online research communities, and opened a Digital Transformation Unit which will focus on creating innovative new offers.
SIS, which also has locations in London, Los Angeles, Frankfurt and Shanghai, offers services ranging from opinion, satisfaction and loyalty research to segmentation, competitive intelligence and usability testing. Its new Digital Transformation Unit will focus on converting clients' research needs into new online products.
Both the video ethnography and communities launches boast multilingual and global capabilities, and low incidence and hard-to-reach respondent recruitment capabilities to source high net worth individuals, healthcare and B2B audiences. They also offer enhanced digital qual features that use projective techniques for more insight. Meanwhile, SIS continues to provide traditional face-to-face research, and is now including digital components when appropriate, to generate additional insights.
