SKIM Hires Marketing and HR VPs in US and Holland
Customer insights agency SKIM has appointed Nicole Gardere as Vice President, Global Marketing in the US, while Marjolyn Oudakker joins in the Netherlands as Vice President, Global HR Management.
SKIM is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with additional offices in Singapore, London, Geneva, New York, San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro and San José, and Sweden, serving clients in the CPG, healthcare, technology and financial services sectors. The firm currently employs more than 150 staff across its ten offices worldwide.
Gardere joins with more than fifteen years of marketing and communications experience gained at IBM, T-Mobile, Fujifilm, Panasonic and BD (Becton Dickinson). Most recently, she led content and social media strategy for Panasonic B2B mobility products. In her new Hoboken, US-based role, she will be responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy. Oudakker joins the Rotterdam office having led talent management initiatives for Tria Beauty, PZ Cussons and St Tropez in London and Europe. At SKIM, she will be responsible for driving the company's recruitment, talent, development and performance strategies.
Both will report to MD Karin Lieshout, who oversees the commercial, marketing and HR functions.
