Omnicom Precision Marketing Buy Adds Tech and Skills

OPMG, the Precision Marketing division of global marcoms group Omnicom, has acquired a majority stake in Credera, which provides management and technology consulting services including customer-centric technology platforms.

Luke TaylorCredera was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Dallas, with offices in Denver and Houston and more than 300 professionals, with skills including user experience consulting and analytics.

OPMG Chief Executive Luke Taylor (pictured) comments: 'Credera works directly with the C Suite to help companies transform their business for the digital age.
