UserTesting Adds Two to C-Suite
California-based 'human insights' platform provider UserTesting has appointed Michelle Huff as its CMO and Carol MacKinlay as Chief People Officer.
The platform helps users to tailor their user experience to target audiences, has more than 35,000 customers and is backed by investors Accel and OpenView.
Huff (pictured) brings two decades of experience, most recently from Act-On Software where as CMO she launched a new company vision and thought leadership platform. Before this, led marketing and product management for a division of Salesforce; and earlier she worked at software giant Oracle, in a role bringing feedback from the market, customers and partners to bear on the go-to-market strategy, vision and roadmap of a product portfolio.
MacKinlay also brings more than twenty years' experience, having helped companies of all sizes to build teams, establish culture and formulate strategy. Her past includes Chief HR Officer roles companies including Xero, Plantronics, Jawbone, Borland and Coverity.
The pair join women leaders Janelle Estes, VP of Strategic Research Services, and Paige Musto, VP of Corporate Marketing, on the Mountain View, CA-based firm's executive leadership team.
CEO Andy Macmillan comments: 'UserTesting is committed to developing talent and creating an environment where women leaders thrive and achieve exceptional results, and with Michelle and Carol and many others, we have incredible momentum'.
