The Lab Expands in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
In Australia, The Lab Insight & Strategy Group has expanded its senior team with seven appointments across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Melbourne, the firm offers a variety of brand strategy and positioning, qualitative research and insights, and semiotics services. In Melbourne, Mark Hobart joins as Strategy Director with more than twenty years' brand strategy, innovation and insight consulting experience gained in director roles at Push Collective and Kantar TNS, in Melbourne and London. Rebecca Brody joins as a Senior Strategy Consultant with more than seven years' consulting experience, most recently at Carat; and Daniel Bluzer-Fry returns to the company as a Senior Strategy Consultant following a stint in the US at Flamingo.
In Sydney, Nikki Dahlgren joins as a Strategy Director, heading up The Lab's Behavioural Consulting offer, having previously worked for GfK, The Behavioural Architects and Bread and Butter. She is joined by Mandy Abel, who takes up a Senior Strategy Consultant role with more than fifteen years' consulting experience in Australia and the UK, working for firms including GfK, Vivid Research and Synovate. Katie Lucas takes the same title, also in Sydney, with seven years' consulting experience gained in Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to joining, Lucas worked on brand strategy and innovation projects at Fiftyfive5.
In Brisbane, Simone Gair joins the team led by founder Paul Labagnara, alongside Amanda Windus and Ava Hawes. She joins as a Strategy Director bringing thirteen years of consulting experience, including more than six at The Leading Edge in London.
