Multisensory Researcher Haystack Expands to US
Leuven, Belgium-based multisensory research consultancy Haystack has opened an office in Manhattan, to support North American expansion. The new office will be led by Baileigh Allen.
The firm, which also has offices in Amsterdam and Dubai, focuses on product innovation and performance, shopper experience and consumer understanding. Allen (pictured) was previously CEO of qual/quant boutique agency ZigZag Research, and earlier worked as Director, Customer Insights & Text Analytics at Brandtrust; Practice Lead, Market Research & Analytics at MarketSource; and Director, Data Analytics at Rockhopper Research. She began her career at Bellomy Research. She has also been working for Portuguese consumer neuroscience platform MindProber, with the aim of introducing the benefits of the firm's technology to the US market.
