adsquare Expands with Three Senior Hires
Mobile data exchange adsquare has appointed Michael Schlueter as Vice President of Platform Partnerships & Strategic Projects; David Fieldhouse as UK Managing Director, and Candice McDonald as US Sales Manager.
From offices in Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Chicago and New York, adsquare uses real-time location data for audience targeting and programmatic advertising, partnering with ad networks, publishers and global exchange platforms to access modelled audiences. Earlier this year, it launched a footfall measurement solution, to enable deeper understanding of the consumer journey based on real-time information on off-line store visits.
In Germany, Schlueter joins after nearly six years at GfK, where most recently he led Innovation & Data Partnerships globally, having previously been the firm's Global Director of Innovation. Before this, he worked for GfK's usability research specialist nurago, latterly as Assistant to the CEO. Fieldhouse joins in London with twenty years UK and US media industry experience, which includes serving as Head of Mobile at MediaCom, founding full service mobile marketing agency Lucidity Mobile, and co-founding mobile tracking agency AD-X. McDonald, who has joined adsquare's New York office, previously managed strategic accounts at local audience data firm Eyeota.
Commenting on the new appointments, co-founder and CEO Tom Laband said: 'Candice, David and Michael bring a variety of skill sets and experiences to adsquare. Their expertise and enthusiasm will help us as we continue to move into new markets and grow existing ones providing clients with the best tools and solutions for programmatic advertising'.
