TapClicks Gets Funding for AI Integration
In the US, digital marketing and performance analytics specialist TapClicks has raised $10m, for use in building AI and machine learning into its analytics and reporting platform.
Headquartered in San Jose, California, TapClicks has developed a platform which pulls in more than 180 sources of marketing campaign data and performance metrics, using a proprietary ImportWizard.
New funding has been led by Boathouse Capital and will also be used to drive customer and revenue growth through product innovation, sales and marketing. The investment company's General Partner Chong Moua (pictured) comments: 'We evaluated several SaaS companies in the digital marketing space and TapClicks outperformed peers due to its rapid growth and large customer base. After we invested in TapClicks, Salesforce announced its $850m acquisition of Datorama, validating our thinking that we invested in the right market and picked one of the top players'.
