Canadian polling, MR and strategy firm Leger has promoted Sandie Sparkman from VP of Leger Metrics to the role of EVP of Client Solutions. The company has also appointed five people to her Client Solutions and Sales team.
Sparkman (pictured) joined customer experience management subsidiary Leger Metrics in 2016 as Senior Sales Executive. More recently, she served as VP leading the firm's tech real-time solutions division, and overseeing all business development, client relations and strategic insights in Canada and the US. Before joining, she spent more than 25 years in sales and operations roles in the tech and telecoms sectors.
Company President Marc Léger comments: 'Sandie Sparkman is a customer experience specialist. With her extensive experience in research and technology, she knows how to meet the new needs of North American clients'.
In addition, former SAP exec Laurent Maruani joins the Montreal office, as does Mickael Lavergne, previously with the International Economic Forum of the Americas; Amber Persad, who most recently worked at Datascan, and Philip Skladowski, formerly with Doxim, join the Toronto office; and Pardeep K.Sharma, who previously worked for ARC Technology Solutions, joins Leger's American office located in Philadelphia. This new team is tasked with helping to market Leger Metrics, the firm's new platform to measure the customer experience in real time, as well as its new online community offer Leger Community, and online panel LegerWeb.
