Expanding OvationMR Hires People Leader

New York-based online sampling and research services firm OvationMR has appointed former PwC and IBM talent leader Michel Jones to its leadership team as General Manager and People Leader.

The company was formed in 2017 and offers global online B2B and consumer audience sampling, as well as online research support services.

Jones (pictured) worked at PwC for a total of thirteen years, either side of a five-year stint at IBM, in roles including Talent Leader, Workforce Management Leader and HR Transformation Director. Most recently, she worked as VP: Global Head of Talent Acquisition at business process services firm Conduent Inc.

CEO Jim Whaley says Jones will lead the next phase of the firm's growth, ensuring the alignment of people and knowledge to its clients' needs.
