Corus Launches Instant Consumer Insight Platform
In the US, market research software and advanced analysis provider Corus has launched a new platform promising companies instant access to, and understanding of, consumer opinion data.
Founded in 2014 and originally known as trackwave, Denver-based Corus offers a platform to capture and analyse feedback from customers wherever they shop. The new launch, which has been in development for the past three years, aims to enable collaboration across an organization and/or with external advisors. The platform provides a free user license for up to one million users per organization, with integrated machine and human language translation, along with access to global panelists, available on demand. Projects can be turned around in hours, as opposed to weeks.
Commenting on the launch, co-founder and CEO Jason Abromaitis (pictured) said: 'When we started building Corus a few years ago, our customers shared how the ideal market research process would look. Acting on customer insights is at the core of our values, and so we got to work building this software to enable those outcomes, not a laundry-list of features. We are committed to letting our clients use robust consumer insights to inform key decisions without budget or timeline limitations'.
