Forrester Research Revenue Up 4% in Third Quarter
Forrester has reported a 6% rise in third quarter revenue to $84.9m. Research revenues increased 4% to $56.3m, while Advisory Services and Events revenues jumped 9% to $28.6m.
Overall for the group, net income was $4.0m on a GAAP basis, and $6.0m on a pro forma basis. The latter excludes stock-based compensation of $2.1m, amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets of $0.4m, and acquisition and integration costs of $1.0m - and compares with pro forma net income of $5.6m for the same period in 2017.
For the fourth quarter, Forrester is anticipating total revenues of approximately $95.0m to $98.0m. George Colony (pictured), Chairman and CEO, comments: 'Forrester met revenue and operating margin guidance while exceeding EPS guidance for the third quarter of 2018. Our strategy continues to show results. We remain positive about our momentum and growth as we head into the fourth quarter'.
