Q-insights Launches 'Drive' Auto Industry Tools
California-based respondent recruitment and research specialist Q-insights has launched a division and suite of solutions dedicated to the automotive industry, 'Driven by Q-insights'.
The firm is a division of ISA (Interviewing Service of America), and prides itself on finding respondents and filling quotas regarded as 'too hard' by other companies. Earlier this year it opened its second focus group facility in Marina del Rey, California.
Q-insights has been recruiting a wide spectrum of car owners and potential owners for more than a decade, from basic entry-level vehicles up to exotic and high-performance sports and luxury vehicles. Driven includes car clinics, usability tests, focus groups, online research, quant and qual telephone interviews and quant telephone-to-web, plus ethnographic in-home research.
