Mopinion and Tealium Link for Digital CX Insights
Netherlands-based customer feedback analyst Mopinion has partnered with enterprise tag management specialist Tealium, to provide insights into digital customer experience (CX).
Tealium offers a suite of data solutions to help digital teams manage large amounts of data; while users of Mopinion can collect and analyse customer feedback from online visitors on web sites and mobile apps. The Tealium iQ Tag Management solution will now act as an anchor for deploying Mopinion feedback forms, facilitating the deployment of the Mopinion Javascript tag on any web page while adhering to the rules set in place for targeting visitors.
The deal also means that Tealium's customer data platform AudienceStream can be used to personalise content for particular customer groups or segments, obtaining insight into their experiences through a client's web site or mobile app. For example, if a client wants to learn more about a particular demographic or customer group, they can use Tealium to target Mopinion feedback forms on pages of their web site that resonate with that group, whether that includes products or content relating to the demographic.
In a statement, the companies commented: 'This is a great way of obtaining relevant and informative insights into the customer experience. It also eliminates the extra work of deploying forms individually. Basically, all you will have to do is add the Mopinion tag ID to Tealium and you are good to go'.
