Former Harris Leader Joins Heart+Mind
In the US, former Harris Insights & Analytics President Carol Gstalder has joined Washington, DC-based research and consulting company Heart+Mind Strategies, as Senior Solutions Consultant in its Values + Communications Strategy team.
Launched in 2010 by former Wirthlin Worldwide leaders, Heart+Mind uncovers how people think, feel and make decisions, and then helps clients apply these insights. Gstalder (pictured) joins with 30 years' research and consulting experience. Most recently, she served as President, Reputation Management at Harris Insights & Analytics, before which she led Nielsen's Consumer Insights North America Buy organization, overseeing the Harris Poll, The Reputation Quotient, The Global Corporate Sustainability Report and Nielsen's Custom Insight solutions teams. Earlier, she was EVP and Solutions Group Leader at Harris Interactive and SVP of Wirthlin Worldwide.
