Codeit Added to Askia Survey Platform

In the UK, research software firms Digital Taxonomy and Askia have partnered to embed the former's coding platform Codeit into the latter's data collection suite.

Tim Brandwood and Richard CollinsCodeit uses a combination of text matching, NLP and text analytics, machine learning and human operatives to provide free-text coding and process automation. This is designed to increase the quality and speed of coding unstructured text and other data, from survey verbatims, social media comments and text from VoC programmes.

Codeit's integration with Askia uses real-time APIs to ensure that Askia users' coding experience is completely seamless, with data flowing transparently between the two systems. According to Tim Brandwood, CTO at Digital Taxonomy, Codeit also removes the cost, time and error constraints associated with legacy coding tools.

Richard Collins (pictured), Askia's Chief Customer Officer, adds: 'Askia and Digital Taxonomy have worked very closely on this integration; we're delighted that Askia users can now take advantage of the latest advances in coding technology. This partnership with Digital Taxonomy delivers the industry's most powerful and productive solution for the collection and processing of open-text material'.
