Mediahawk Launches Customer Journey Tracker
In the UK, call tracking analytics specialist Mediahawk has launched an online feature called Call-to-Action Tracking, linking together phone calls and web site interactions such as live chat, form fills, downloads and clicks no 'mailto' links.
The Milton Keynes-based company monitors the effectiveness of thousands of marketing campaigns, while giving clients the ability to track online and off-line activity that generates telephone enquiries. Its new feature provides an instant view of the entire customer journey, from the first click, the page views and any interactions in between, to the final contact to buy.
