Ascribe Launches CX Inspector
Verbatim analysis and survey software company Ascribe has launched a tool called CX Inspector, to help customer experience (CX) professionals uncover insights from customer, patient and employee comments.
Ascribe's suite of cloud-based software enables organizations to collect, analyze and visualize data. Earlier this year, the company launched CX Snapshot, which gives users an overview of their customer experience performance including instant analysis and visualization of verbatim comments, and faster, more actionable insights.
As a full-featured text analytics tool, the new CX Inspector automatically provides topic and sentiment analysis based on customers' verbatim comments, regardless of the media or language. The software is powered by Ascribe's Advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology and can be combined with machine learning. It also offers automatic translation and multilingual capabilities, as well as topic grouping to enable the creation of custom taxonomies. In addition, the tool provides ruleset functionalities for customization of any industry vertical, with all personally identifiable information removed.
