CX Specialist Aura Corp Acquired
Beaconsfield, UK-based customer experience software firm Aura Corporation has been acquired by Australian automotive after-sales marketing consultancy Marque Group,for an undisclosed amount.
 Aura, which also has an office in Leverkusen, Germany, works for vehicle manufacturers and financial institutions, providing research and analysis, CX software platforms, qualitative data management and reporting.
The buy will allow Aura to partner with Wiltshire-based aftersales CRM platform Three60 CRM, and Kent-based Vital Software, both previous acquisitions for Marque.
Aura Corporation MD Mike Trotman (pictured) , quoted on sector news site www.am-online.com , said: 'We aim to enable our clients and their dealer networks to identify both opportunities and issues in their day-to-day business, through careful analysis of a number of factors affecting their customer understanding.
