Big Data Firm Versium Hires First COO
Predictive analytics company Versium has appointed Dillana Lim in the new role of COO.
The company was founded in 2012, is privately-held and uses an AI-based analytics platform and a data warehouse called LifeData to provide rapid intelligence for advanced targeting - used by the likes of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Wunderman.
Lim was a founding member, and executive product and engineering leader at Talentwise and played an integral role in its merger with Sterling Talent Solutions - most recently, she was Chief Product Officer at Sterling, leading global initiatives. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and holds an MBA from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
LifeData, which boasts 'more than 1.5 trillion proprietary consumer and business data attributes', includes both online and off-line consumer and business professional behavioral data including social graph and real-time event-based intelligence, purchase interests, financial information, activities, skills and demographics.
In her new role, Dillana will play a key role in deploying the company's advanced AI and predictive data targeting solutions to the marketing industry. She reports to CEO Chris Matty who states: 'We are fortunate Versium is able to attract and hire such a talented and experienced industry leader.
