Ebiquity Names Chief People Officer

In London, media and marketing insights firm Ebiquity has hired former dunnhumby exec Emma Winterson-Hayward as Chief People Officer, responsible for developing and executing the firm's HR strategy.

Founded in 1997 as Thomson Intermedia, Ebiquity comprises an Analytics division, offering media buying measurement and benchmarking, and performance measurement; and a 'Platform' division which provides media monitoring products. Winterson-Hayward (pictured) joins from risk management platform Dealogic, where she served as Chief HR Officer, having previously been Interim Head of HR for Tesco data giant dunnhumby. Earlier she held senior HR positions at VistaPrint, Morley Fund Management, and Sapient.

In her new role, Winterson-Hayward will oversee talent management, diversity, organisational development and change management.
