Alira Health Acquires Clinical Insights

US healthcare and life sciences advisory firm Alira Health has acquired Clinical Insights, a data science organization which provides predictive and other analytics for healthcare companies. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Milan, Italy-based Clinical Insights uses big data analytical techniques and real-time market information to develop business solutions; and specifically to help clients gain deeper insights into how their products and their messaging change overall patient treatment patterns.

Following the acquisition, the combined organization will support clients with a range of complementary, integrated services including helping to address the challenges of implementing new value-based care models in the US and EU; clinical trial cost and recruitment; reimbursement, health economics and market access; and the development of tailored data products.
