FIRM Foundations in Australia
Online survey software specialist FIRM have announced a successful first 6 months for their first Asia Pacific partner-reseller, Australian-based Information Research Management Pty Ltd (IRM). IRM was founded in April 2003 and offers Confirmit software, training, consultancy, and support services.
New customers include Decisions Research, Equatorial, Surveytalk and several other corporations and Australian research agencies. AC Nielsen Australia has also been a FIRM client since 2001.
According to Stephen Jenke, CEO of IRM, says there is a 'strong, growing need for modern, scaleable and cost effective survey software... The strong Internet growth in the region combined with Confirmit's multi-lingual capabilities including Japanese and Chinese have contributed to our success so far'.
FIRM's CEO Stein Onsrud comments 'We are very pleased to see that our first partner in the Asia Pacific region has had success in such as short time and we have strong belief in their ability to exploit an obvious gap in the Australian online software supplier market'.
