V12 Rolls Out Access to Active Shopper Database
In the US, marketing analytics provider V12 has launched the Home Retail Intender Database, providing access to consumers who are actively shopping for home retail products.
V12 comprises three sub-brands: customer data platform V12 Velocity; V12 Data, offering access to more than 215 million consumer contacts; and V12 Signals, which connects customer identities to mobile devices. The new Intender Database is powered by V12 Signals technology but offered as a component of V12 Velocity for Home Retail, the company's customer acquisition package. The latter features first and third-party data integration, analytics and omnichannel program and campaign delivery.
The new database was built over a three-year time span, using proprietary mobile location intelligence, browsing behavior and in-market behavioral triggers. It provides access to consumers who are actively browsing online for home retail products; shoppers who have visited a home retail store, or a competitors' location with the previous 24-48 hours; and lifestyle changes and trigger data such as new movers, new children and economic changes. According to CEO Andy Frawley (pictured): 'Using hundreds of sources of off-line and online data, best-in-class technology and analytics, and proprietary data methodology, we can tell you who is actively browsing for products and services you sell, who visited your competitor's store yesterday, or who just moved into your area'.
