New Waltham HQ for Expanding ZoomInfo

In the US, Waltham MA-based B2B data intelligence platform ZoomInfo has relocated to new headquarters in the city, which provide capacity for up to 450 people.

ZoomInfo's B2B contact and company intelligence database contains both user behavior and business data to help sales and marketing teams deliver marketing campaigns and improve sales prospecting efforts. The firm has nearly doubled in headcount since last July, and now has nearly 450 employees globally.

Its new headquarters at 170 Tracer Lane (soon to be renamed 100 Data Drive) offers a single-tenant, three-level space, with a layout that can be expanded to support the company's growth. The building has more than 60 meeting rooms, lounges and lunch areas, as well as mother's rooms, game rooms, an exercise room and showers.

CEO Derek Schoettle comments: 'We've increased revenues by nearly 300% in the last four-plus years and 2019 promises to be another year of tremendous growth. We're pleased to have a new space to call home that allows us to attract talent from such a wide swath of the state'.
