Egg Strategy Hires and Promotes in the US
US-based product innovation, consumer research and brand strategy specialist Egg Strategy has expanded its Quantitative division with a number of new hires, while promoting Tim Donza to lead its Lifestyle Group.
Egg provides strategic consumer research, brand building, product and category innovation, and marketing consulting services in three client verticals - CPG, Health and Lifestyle - and employs close to 80 people. In the NYC office, the firm has promoted Donza to MD of its Lifestyle vertical, overseeing a team of strategists while acting as a coach, new business generator and lead researcher. He was previously Director, Consumer Insights - Marketing at Netflix and a Partner at The Sound Research, and he held ad agency planning roles.
In Chicago, Carolyn Wetzel joins after 27 years at ad agency Leo Burnett, latterly as EVP, Senior Research Director in the firm's Quant Strategy Group, The HumanLab. In her new role, she will continue to develop and use creative quantitative research tools that drive business results.
Joining the team in the Boulder office is Kate Dieter, who returns to the company after a two-year stint at Booking.com in Amsterdam. She previously spent more than five years at Egg, latterly as a Director, and before this in strategist roles. Dieter is currently working on strategic projects across the company's CPG, health, and lifestyle business units.
