PureSpectrum Debuts 'Storefront' Insights Platform
Online sample marketplace PureSpectrum has launched a DIY eCommerce insights platform called Storefront.
Launched in 2016 by former Cint US MD Michael McCrary (pictured), PureSpectrum provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers of online sample. Last month, the firm acquired boutique marketing agency and podcaster Happy Market Research, formed last year by Decipher co-founder Jamin Brazil.
The company's new Storefront platform automates survey creation with custom configurable inputs, data collection and report generation, allowing researchers to return insights to clients within 24 hours. It is tailored to the look and feel of each company brand, while providing access to respondents from the PureSpectrum marketplace.
McCrary comments: 'Modern brands are under increasing pressure to understand the hearts and minds of their customers. Researchers' time should be spent in that pursuit, and less in the operational gathering of the insights. Storefront is the second product we have released that automates the labor intensive parts of the consumer insights gathering process and is already adding value to our customers'.
