Qubit Appoints COO
Marketing personalisation tech firm Qubit has appointed Marco Vergani as Chief Operating Officer, based in its London headquarters.
 With offices across Europe and the US, Qubit gives marketers the tools to understand their visitors, and personalize their online presence to drive conversions in real-time. Vergani (pictured) joins from global eCommerce, payments and marketing services company Digital River, where he served as SVP of Global Sales and Account Management. Prior to this, he held a number of exec roles during his thirteen years at IBM, latterly as VP of EMEA Sales for the company's business process outsourcing division.
In his new position, Vergani will be responsible for further developing commercial strategy, while providing global leadership for the sales, marketing, account management and delivery teams. He will report to CEO and co-founder Graham Cooke, who comments: 'Marco's role as COO is critical to our growth strategy and will be crucial as we continue to transform Qubit into a larger business. The extensive experience Marco brings, as well as his resilience and detailed levels of focus, will be key in driving growth'.
