C Space Names EMEA Director of Data & Analytics

In London, online community specialist C Space has appointed Justine Lai as Director of Data & Analytics, EMEA.

Omnicom-owned C Space offers services including private online communities, in-person live events, visual storytelling, co-creation workshops and business consulting. The firm has 450 employees globally, based in its headquartered in Boston, London and Shanghai, and also has offices in New York, San Francisco, and Mexico City.

Lai (pictured) joins from online luxury fashion retailer Net-a-Porter, where she led the Experience Strategy team, which included design research and service design execs, and worked with the Customer Insights and Data and Analytics teams to develop a more comprehensive view of the customer. Prior to this, she was co-owner and Change Lead at organisational design firm August Public.

In her new position, Lai will help scale C Space's global data and analytics capabilities, with an immediate focus on supporting initiatives in the UK, Germany, Japan and Korea. Commenting on her appointment, Lai said she is looking forward to bringing her background in strategy, change management and research to the role.
