Change of Leadership at Healthcare Research Worldwide
In the UK, Healthcare Research Worldwide (HRW) has announced that Global MD Caroline Jameson has decided to step down from her role after nearly eighteen years with the company. On 1st April, Jameson will hand over to Christine Dalzell, HRW's current EVP, US Research.
Headquartered in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with additional offices in London, Basel and New York, HRW is part of consumer research company the MMR Group. Jameson, who joined in 2001 after serving as Head of Sales for pharmaceutical products firm IVAX, will be relinquishing her senior management responsibilities, while continuing in a part-time business development and strategic planning role.
New Global MD Dalzell is based in New York, and joined HRW in 2014 after thirteen years at ORC International. Here she worked most recently as SVP, leading a team to address strategic and tactical business issues for clients in the health, life sciences and consumer sectors.
MMR founder and Chairman David Thomson comments: 'I wish to thank Caroline for all she has done, taking HRW from zero to what it has now become - a highly respected global purveyor of healthcare research. The MMR Group Board was unanimous in deciding that Christine is the right person to lead HRW into the future. These are exciting times at HRW. I wish Christine, Caroline and HRW continued success'.
