Critical Hires Day to Bring Face-to-Face In-House
In London, full-service agency Critical Research has hired former RED exec Sam Day as Director, Face-to-Face.
Founded in 1991 and still independently owned, Critical Research conducts all forms of face-to-face interviewing including in-home and in-situ research, in-street interviewing and product testing in-house. In 2015, the company acquired insights and data collection company RSM, and two years later it acquired B2B research specialist Saville Rossiter-Base.
Day (pictured) joins with nearly twenty years of face-to-face research industry experience covering consumer behaviour, customer insight, focus groups and research design. For the past twelve years, she worked at Quadrangle's data collection arm RED, latterly as Director and Associate Partner. She began her career as a Project Manager at Retail Testing Limited (RTL), before moving to more senior roles at Fieldwork International and FieldWorks.
Commenting on her appointment, Day said: 'I am really excited about the opportunity to bring face-to-face in-house at Critical Research. Already a well-established agency, with a fantastic team of people, we can now offer everything in-house'.
