Borderless Access Hires in Romania and South Africa

Panel provider Borderless Access has appointed Horia Hateg-Codrut as Client Servicing Manager for Germany/Eastern Europe, while Bev Tigar joins as Client Development Lead for South Africa.

Borderless Access initially made its name as an emerging markets panel specialist, before adding developed countries and other digital MR services. Hateg-Codrut joins the company's new office in Romania, having previously worked at Insites Consulting as Presales Administrator, and SSI as an Account Executive / Sales Consultant. Johannesburg-based Tigar most recently served as Senior Team Leader at Kantar TNS, before which she spent thirteen years at Nielsen, latterly as Executive Director, Business Development.
