Ipsos Extends Verdia and Mathur's Roles in India
Ipsos India has extended the role of Sonul Verdia, Mystery Shopping Lead, to include the post of Business Development Head for Customer Experience in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Meanwhile, Ananya Roy Mathur, Research Director, Innovation, takes on the post of Creative Excellence Lead for India.
Verdia joined last August after eight years at Bare International, where he worked in a number of roles including General Manager, India, Middle East and Africa. He began his career with American Express, and spent a decade across different departments including Corporate Customer Services and Risk Management. Mathur, who also joined last year, previously held senior roles at Kantar Millward Brown, GfK, Nielsen and TNS.
