Ipsos Moves Clark to New NA Head of Marcoms Role
In the US, Ipsos has promoted Julia Clark to the newly created role of Head of Marketing and Communications for North America, based in the firm's Chicago office.
Clark (pictured) began her research career at MORI (now Ipsos MORI) in the UK in 2003, where she rose to the role of Head of Political Research. In 2010, she relocated with Ipsos Public Affairs to Washington, DC, and three years later she moved to Chicago as VP leading the team there.
In her new role leading Ipsos' Marketing and Communications team for the North America business, Clark's remit includes external and internal communications; brand elevation; global, regional, and domestic marketing strategies; and reputation cultivation and management. Pierre Le Manh, Ipsos Global Deputy CEO and Ipsos North America CEO, says the new position was created to ensure that clients, stakeholders and the public understand the firm's commitment to 'enabling certainty in business decision-making'.
He adds: 'Julia has a long track record of outstanding delivery for Ipsos' clients, colleagues and stakeholders, and has been a trusted brand protector and ambassador for our organization for over fifteen years. Her experience in multiple Ipsos offices and countries, as well as her origin within our public sector and nonpartisan polling business have given her a deep and wide understanding of our business and the publics who operate within and around it. She will be working across our North America team to help communicate our commitment to foundational data and insights, to help our clients - and the public - act decisively on trusted information'.
