Zappi Opens Hamburg Office
Automated consumer insights platform Zappi has opened a new office in Hamburg, Germany to support clients across Central Europe.
 Zappi works in partnership with research agencies and offers off-the-shelf research products targeted at solving business issues ranging from new product development to pack testing, concept testing and social media monitoring. Earlier this month, the firm launched a digital advertising tool called Zappi Creative Digital, which allows customers to assess the potential of creative campaigns within hours, before committing budget.
Zappi has nearly 200 employees worldwide, with existing offices in London, Boston, Cape Town, Chicago, Seattle and Singapore. The latest, based in co-working office space WeWork Hamburg, will be led by Andre Ketzel (pictured), VP DACH & CEE. CRO Ryan Barry comments: 'We are delighted with the continued expansion of the European market. Zappi has the strongest resources on the market in consumer behaviour and consumer data research, and we look forward to seeing the Central European market with our expertise and our technologies and tools'.
