ISA Opens Call Center in Las Vegas
US-based fieldwork firm ISA (Interviewing Services of America) has opened a 110-station call center in Las Vegas, Nevada, bringing its nationwide dialing capacity to 310.
The ISA group - which includes Q-insights, SoapBoxSample and icanmakeitbetter - provides data collection services including phone, online, mobile, IVR, and F2F; online and telephone sampling solutions; qual research; data processing and a community platform. The group also specializes in multicultural / multilingual research, specifically with Asian and Hispanic Americans.
Commenting on the expansion, Michael Halberstam (pictured), ISA Chairman, says: 'Los Angeles has been our home base for the last 36 years and will continue to be our flagship location. However, in order to meet our client's growing needs, we have realized the necessity of expansion into a second facility.
