Join the Dots Expands US and UK Teams
British-based consumer insight agency Join the Dots has expanded its US team with the appointment of Natasha Trever as Research Manager, while Emma Kirk is relocating from the UK to take up the newly created position of Associate Director. The firm has also hired two new staff in the UK.
The agency, which was bought out by its management in 2017 and has offices in Manchester, New York and Singapore, combines primary research with psychology, behavioural economics and consumer trend tracking. It also recently launched the Insight Ecosystem, designed as a more flexible online community, incorporating question tools, social intelligence capabilities and ethnography apps.
Trever joins in New York after four years at magazine publisher Condé Nast, where she served as Senior Marketing Insights Manager. Prior to this, she worked for The Wall Street Journal, initially as Manager, Marketing Insights, then as Senior Product Marketing Manager. Kirk arrived at Join the Dots' Manchester office five years ago as an SRE, and most recently served as Business Development Director, having begun her research career at the Adelphi Group. In her new role, Kirk will support Jeff Haselum, Head of North America, across a range of accounts.
In the Manchester, UK head office, Vicki Kateley replaces Kirk as Business Development Manager, bringing to the role more than fifteen years' experience gained at Millward Brown, Green Light and Discovery Research. In addition, the company has expanded its Social Intelligence team with the appointment of former 360i and True North exec Claire Powell as Social Intelligence Manager.
Commenting on the new appointments, CEO Quentin Ashby (pictured) said: 'The wealth of knowledge, experience and talent we have attracted across the board demonstrates our commitment to understanding people and helping clients all over the world make better business decisions. On behalf of Join the Dots, I extend a very warm welcome to our new colleagues'.
