KPMG Buys UX Specialist Love Agency
In Australia, professional services firm KPMG has acquired user experience (UX), web and mobile app technology firm, Love Agency. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Love Agency was founded in 2008 by entrepreneurs CEO Danny Housseas, and COO Arthur Gougoustamos to combine approaches to UX and user interface (UI) with enterprise technologies. Following the acquisition, the agency's 40-strong team will combine with KPMG's specialists in fields including digital strategy, AI, machine learning and modelling.
Housseas and Gougoustamos become KPMG Partners and Housseas comments: 'Having spent the last decade researching and delivering customer centric products in highly scalable enterprise environments we are delighted to embark on the next phase of our journey. As part of KPMG, we'll be able to bring together a broader set of digital capabilities, work with some of the smartest minds in the business and at a larger scale than previously possible.
