Veterans Hit Target
Two senior level researchers have been added to the growing staff at Target Research Group. David Buchler, thirty years an agency researcher and with particular experience in foods and media, joins as a Senior Vice President while legal research expert Larry Herman joins as Vice President.
Buchler will be responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of several key Target clients, in addition to business development. He has over 30 years of experience in the market research field, most of it with research firms including Lieberman Research, Dancer-Fitzgerald-Sample, E.J. Wolf Associates and Peter Honig Associates, Inc. In 1998, he joined Beta Research where he gained experience in media research, working with The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Condé Nast Publications. In both of the last two companies, he was the main client contact servicing a number of leading foods companies.
Herman will have responsibility for business development, primarily in the area of legal research. A veteran quantitative researcher with 30 years experience in the field, he has developed and managed many large-scale customer satisfaction tracking research programs for retail and financial institutions. Herman has worked at many of the largest market research companies including Audits & Surveys, Market Facts, Guideline Research, Harte-Hanks and Synovate. He is also an expert in conducting quantitative research for use in litigation, has conducted hundreds of legal studies and published articles on the intricacies of legal research.
According to Steve Cook, President and CEO of Target, adding these two 'seasoned individuals' to the company's staff will allow it 'to continue to offer senior-level attention to our growing list of blue chip clients'.
