Sinch Launches Mobile Personalization Unit
Mobile marketing and ad tech firm Sinch has launched a new division combining data-driven insights, creative services and technology to help brands strengthen customer relationships through personalized videos and other content delivered to their mobile devices.
Sinch is headquartered in Stockholm, and provides a cloud communications platform allowing businesses to reach 'every mobile phone on the planet', through mobile messaging, voice and video. Last year, the firm acquired Seattle-based personalized mobile video tech company Vehicle.
Vehicle has now become the Sinch Engage business unit. Drawing on the parent firm's shared technology assets and ecosystem of channel partners, Sinch Engage will deliver personalized content to mobile devices, across MMS, RCS, WhatsApp and digital ads, along with social media, e-mail and web content.
Matt Ramerman (pictured), President of Sinch Engage, comments: 'As a part of Sinch, we will work closely with channel partners and continue to expand our technology capabilities within the most relevant messaging channels to intersect the point in mobile where consumers are most likely to engage'.
