New Leaders for Invoke Solutions
Online research specialist Invoke Solutions(SM), Inc. has announced three senior appointments including a new Chairman and CEO, Corey V. Torrence and two new vice presidents, Simon Blanks and David J. Rubinstein.
All three new arrivals are veterans of the consulting and technology industry.
Torrence has held CEO positions at three companies previous to Invoke: Logica North America, Epsilon and most recently outsourcing services company Creditek. He also held senior management positions at AT&T Solutions, SHL Systemhouse, McKinsey & Company, The Information Consulting Group, and Andersen Consulting. He brings 23 years of experience to the company.
Jeff Schwartz, Invoke Board Member and MD of Bain Capital Ventures which along with BRM Capital provides funding for Invoke, says Torrence's expertise will 'continue the successful development of Invoke's innovative products and drive aggressive growth. We are extremely pleased' he adds 'to have attracted this talented and dynamic leader to Invoke'.
Simon Blanks will be Vice President of worldwide sales, services, and business development. Previously Executive Vice President at Creditek, Blanks' management experience includes partnerships at the executive recruiting firm Heidrick & Struggles, Potomac Partners Management Consulting and AT&T Solutions, plus stints at KPMG Consulting and Andersen Consulting.
David J. Rubinstein will be Vice President of Operations & Customer Care. He was formerly Senior Vice President of operations at Parametric Technology Corp., and has held senior executive positions at Xchange, Convergent Group, and Cambridge Technology Partners. He also co-founded Innovative Information Systems Inc., which was acquired by CDI Corporation in 1995.
