AgriBriefing Completes Management Buyout

In London, the management team at agribusiness pricing, media, data and intelligence company AgriBriefing has bought the company for an undisclosed sum.

AgriBriefing delivers price reporting, news, analysis, data, insight and market intelligence to clients across multiple sectors, and includes a market intelligence business providing benchmarks around which agricultural inputs and produce are traded. The firm, which was founded in 2012, currently employs around 200 people in the UK, Netherlands, France and the US.

The buyout was completed with financing from funds managed by Ares Management Corporation and an existing partner, Horizon Capital.
