Ascribe and ASKi-Data Launch Rapid Text Analysis Tool
Verbatim analysis software company Ascribe has teamed up with Hamburg, Germany-based market and social research firm ASKi-Data to launch a new text analytics tool, ASKi-Data CX Snapshot.
The tool, powered by Ascribe's advanced natural language processing, promises marketers and advertisers same-day, data-driven insights from NPS studies and other consumer feedback surveys, including quick topic and sentiment analysis of open-ended responses and verbatim comments, even where sample size is large. The firms say such questions are often omitted at present in NPS and other VoC studies because their analysis would slow down the process and add cost. ASKi-Data CX Snapshot gives users an instant overview of their customers' experience and pointers for action or further CX research.
