FlexMR 'Empowers' Embedding and Promotion of Insight
British-based tech-led insight agency FlexMR has launched a line of 'Empowerment services' to help research teams embed and promote the role of insights across departments, through methods including the development of bespoke, branded research playbooks.
The suite is available immediately, and an enhanced version will be rolled out during the remainder of 2019.
Specific goals of the services are:- Collaboration Programmes - bridging the gap between insight departments and the wider organisation, including the publishing of 'playbooks' to 'educate and excite decision makers', and the delivery of bespoke workshops;
- Close Connection Programmes - creating frameworks and materials that help insight teams take control of an internal agency approach; and
- tailored Activation Programmes looking to develop skills in building research teams, running action oriented projects, activating insight and nurturing customer centric cultures.
The playbooks are the result of in-depth consultancy with senior stakeholders, and take a top-down approach to demonstrating how individual research tasks contribute to wider cross-functional projects and, ultimately, achieving key business objectives.
