New Chair for UK's AQR
UK qualitative association the AQR has a new Chair, Razor Research co-founder Chloë Fowler, replacing Lyn McGregor. The organisation celebrates its 40th anniversary next year.
Fowler has been on the AQR's Board for ten years, focusing on the organisation of events for new researchers, conferences and training courses, and was elected Vice Chair in 2012. During her time as Chair, she plans to work with the Board 'to ... focus energy on reminding the market research industry what great qualitative thinking can bring to clients and their businesses'. This will include showcasing work championed by Ipsos exec Oliver Sweet, in collaboration with client side association AURA, linking qual work firmly to client needs.
Simon Shaw, Director at Trinity McQueen, will serve as Vice Chair.
