ICR Appoints VP to Head New York Office
International Communications Research (ICR) have appointed James F. Fleckenstein as Vice President, Account Services. He will head a new office in NYC as well as working on senior-level business development and account management.
ICR is based in Media, PA, and provides customised b2b and consumer research as well as running the EXCEL consumer omnibus study, conducted weekly among 2,000 US households.
In an MR career spanning more than 30 years, Fleckenstein has held research management positions at RoperASW, AC Nielsen and Burke. His most recent position was as MD of Visualizer LLC, a joint-venture research company employing advanced technologies to conduct custom testing studies.
His experience includes a variety of research techniques - quantitative and qualitative, custom and syndicated, consumer and B-to-B - and he is a regular participant in committee activities of the Advertising Research Foundation. He took his undergraduate degree (B.A.) at Fordham University and received his M.A. from St. John's University.
