SurveySparrow in Automated Incentives Deal
In the US, software platform SurveySparrow has partnered with online gifting platform Rybbon in a deal which allows users to create mobile-first surveys and automate the process of respondent incentive delivery.
Palo Alto-based SurveySparrow's Conversational User Interface (CUI) allows users to create surveys and analyse feedback. New partner Rybbon's operates an automated gifting platform allowing market researchers and brands to offer survey respondents a selection of incentives - including eGift cards, Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards, and charitable donations. In addition, SurveySparrow clients can send rewards e-mails branded from their company to help ensure recipients open them.
